Deposit via Interac e-Transfer(Canadian users only)

If you are a Canadian user, you can add funds to your Argo account via Interac e-Transfer.

To initiate a deposit via Interac, the Argo platform sends instructions to the email address you provided during sign-up.

If you wish to use a different email, select the Change email option here.

  1. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. The minimum deposit amount is $20.
  2. Click 'Next'.
  1. Read the preview of the deposit and click 'Confirm'.
  1. In the next few minutes, you will receive an email with instructions that direct you to your bank account to make the deposit. The email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive. If you don’t get it please check you spam folder or contact support
  1. The email will allow you to select your institution and proceed with the interact e-Transfer:
  1. Once clicked you will see a money request from Zum Rails, our secure partner for transactions. Follow the instructions and proceed with the transfer.
  1. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is cleared. The deposit usually takes 5 minutes to 4 hours to process. For a smoother experience, ensure the name on your bank profile matches the one on Argo.

All set! Your deposit amount will be displayed on the cash card in your dashboard, and the transaction will be recorded in the transaction table with the corresponding status.
