1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Argo Digital US LLC (“Sponsor”), 8220 SW 45th Street, Miami, FL 33155, USA.

2. Promotion Period

Begins 12:01 a.m. ET on 15 May 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 15 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official time‑keeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have an Argo account in good standing or who timely submit a mail‑in entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Sprott‑affiliated entities, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

4. How to Enter

A. Qualifying Deposit (Primary Method)

1. Open or access an Argo account during the Promotion Period.
   
   
2. Make a single or cumulative deposit of at least USD 50 (“Qualifying Deposit”) into the account during the Promotion Period.
   
   
3. Maintain a minimum aggregate account balance of USD 50 (cash and/or gold) through 11:59 p.m. ET on 15 September 2025 (“Holding Period”).
   
   
4. Entries: Each whole U.S. dollar (USD 1) of Qualifying Deposit = one (1) entry. Example: USD 200 deposit = 200 entries. Partial dollars are rounded down.
   
   

B. Mail‑In Entry (Alternate Method)

To enter without a deposit, hand‑print the following on a sheet of paper: (i) full legal name; (ii) mailing address; (iii) telephone number; (iv) email address associated with an Argo account (or “N/A”); and (v) date of birth. Place in a stamped #10 envelope and mail to:

• Limit one (1) mail‑in entry per person during the Promotion Period.
• Mail‑in entry must be postmarked between 15 May 2025 and 15 June 2025 and received by 22 June 2025.
• Each valid mail‑in submission equals one (1) entry.

Mail‑in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

5. Entry Limits & Verification

Multiple Qualifying Deposits within the Promotion Period are allowed; entries are calculated on the cumulative amount deposited. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any questionable or fraudulent entries.

6. Prize

One (1) Prize: USD 500 worth of gold credited to the winner’s Argo account (approximate retail value USD 500). Prize is non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on 16 June 2025 from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on total entries received. Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days. If winner (i) cannot be contacted, (ii) fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, or (iii) is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Tax Form Requirement: Argo account holders must have a valid Form W‑9 on file by 15 June 2025. Mail‑in entrants without an Argo account must provide a completed Form W‑9 within seven (7) days of notification or forfeit the prize.

8. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt or use of the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sprott Inc., Sprott Money Ltd., their affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, and employees from any claim arising out of participation or prize receipt.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely to administer the Giveaway.

12. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law.

If you prefer to enter the “Trade $50 — Win $500 in Gold” Giveaway without making a qualifying gold purchase, please follow these steps:

All mail‑in entries become the property of the Sponsor (Argo Digital US LLC) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage‑due entries.

Entrants with an Argo account must have a valid Form W‑9 on file by 15 June 2025 to remain eligible. Mail‑in entrants without an Argo account must provide a valid Form W‑9 within seven (7) days of notification if selected as the winner.
